Hi there, my name is Steven, and I’m really happy you’re here.

I created these experiences for guests who want something meaningful during their stay, a chance to move, reset, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in nature. Movement and fitness have been part of my life for almost 20 years, and over time I discovered how deeply energy, mindset, habits, and wellbeing are connected.

Part of why I do this is personal too, I know what it feels like to live with pressure, overthinking, and the feeling that pushing harder should always be the answer. Often, what helps most is having the space to pause, move, breathe, and reconnect.

That’s what these experiences are here for. I’m here to guide and support you so you can leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more energized.
